On
NGS group we are doing a study of
Julia Andrus' fabulous book "
Paper Transformed". This week we're looking at her technique "Painted Tin". I stared with dark green card stock and painted it with a light green acrylic paint and let it dry completely. Then ran it through a Cuttlebug embossing folder and sanded down the raised areas. This gives the paper a look of aged painted tin.

Here's a close up. Pretty easy technique, with a dramatic effect.
