I made cards with the Bokeh Background Techniques I made previously. For most of them, I stamped using permanent ink and added accents with gold ink pens, glitter pens, rhinestones and/or "pearls. Then layered the backgrounds onto colored card stock. Sometimes also adding a layer of white card stock.
On this one, I used a fern stencil and layered on green fast drying metal gloss paint, then let dry. Also added stamped "Happy Birthday" a white glitter cut out butterfly and 4 rhinestones before layering onto dark green card stock.
