Summer ATC

Theme for the 9ATC Group is Summer. I lightly stenciled goldenrod ink over bright striped paper then stamped leaves with green ink and a saying with orange ink, which was also used to ink the edges of the ATC. Added a punched butterfly and 3 white paper flowers with colored rhinestones.

Card using Distress Inks and Distress Oxides

 Needed to make cards using Distress inks and/or Distress Oxides. I bought a jar of Distress micro glaze and thought I would give it a try.
Dabbed squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide on craft sheet, spritzed with water and lay the card stock on it, then heat dried. Repaeted with the fossilized amber Distress Oxide and heat dried.

 Stamped a large saying and a butterfly image with black StaZon ink and heat set. Then rubbed some Distress micro glaze over the butterfly and gently buffed off the extra. Lay a rayed stencil over the card and used a sponge to apply the Distress micro glaze over the open areas on the stencil. Removed the stencil and gently buffed off the extra.

 Used foam applicator to add three colors of Distress Inks over the entire card surface.

Pen and Ink ATC

The theme for 9ATC is Pen and Ink. Since I can not draw, I decided to make a pen and ink background. Stamped the dove and "peace" with black India ink. Used a black ball point pen and ruler to draw diagonal lines. Used a silver metallic Gelly Roll pen to add dots and an eye to the dove.

Watercolor ATC

 Theme for 9ATC Group is Watercolor.
I cut out and adhered sheet music to an ATC card base. Stamped some words/sayings onto the sheet music with sepia Archival Ink

 Used Metallic Accents Watercolors to paint on a background of shimmering colors.

















Used black India ink to color the edge of the atc. Added 3 punched out black glittery dragonflies and hand wrote "Find beauty in chaos":
