Die Cut Card

For stamp club, we were to make a card using die cuts. I decided to make the die cut the main feature. Used a frame die to cut gold metallic paper and glued to a white card front. Then added 3 small white paper flowers with "gold" beads.

Six Altered Playing Card

We are doing an Altered Playing Card (APC) Swap on ArtVentures Group. The theme is Numbers, for August the number is Six.

First, coated the playing card with white gesso and let it dry. Then covered with red Distress paint and let it dry.

Next, added a red Distress Stain over the Distress paint and let dry.

Then dabbled gold Distress Stickles over the APC, and let dry.

Used black India Ink to stamp the word "six" on card stock and glue onto two of the APC corners. Printed out a quote by Oscar Wilde to add on. Also printed out six vintage corset images to add.

Bead ATC

On 9ATC Group, the theme is Beads. I found a fun white dotted black glittery card stock, that looked like microbeads to me! Layered on an Eiffel Tower image on washi tape, black decorative strip and a vintage image. Used a Pearl Pen to create faux "beads" on the black decorative strip.

 Added some fun fibers and a white bead to the woman's hat.

Five Altered Playing Card

 We are doing an Altered Playing Card (APC) Swap on ArtVentures Group. The theme is Numbers, for July it is Number Five.
First coated the playing card with white Gesso and let it dry. Then covered the surface with a green acrylic paint and let dry.

Used a green Distress Ink to stamp a small floral background over the surface. Used the same ink to color the edges of the card.

 Colored some white paper flowers with vanilla.

Stamped "5" with black India Ink. Printed out the quote "The greatest gift of the garden is the restoration of the five senses. Added the paper flowers with added glittery paper cut out in a smaller floral shape and added a teal colored "pearl".

Autumn ATC

On 9ATC Group, the theme is Autumn. I used a Kaleidacolor ink pad and brayered on autumn colors onto the card stock. Then stamped oak leaves and the word "farewell" with sepia Archival ink.

 Colored the edges of the ATC with a copper metal leafing pen.

 Added a vintage image and a copper colored dragonfly brad.
