Torn and Ripped ATC

The theme for the 9ATC Group is Torn and Ripped. I found a variety of previously inked/painted  papers and ripped them into thin strips.

I found some textured blue card stock that I had previously streaked with silver and white paint. Then inked a dotted background stamp with bright pink Distress Paint and let it dry.

Then stamped a word background stamp with blue dye ink to complete the background.

I further tore the above papers to create a flower image over the background.

Embossed ATC

The theme for the 9ATC Group is Embossing. To make my backgrounds I used a previously made green sheet and used 3 different colors of Distress Oxides to sponge the ink over different dotted stencils. Heat set the ink after each color was applied.

Then I used gold detail embossing powder over a flourish stamped with embossing ink and heat set.
Next, I punched out 3 butterfly shapes from previously made paste paper and then ran them through a textured embossing folder and adhered them to the card. This was all layered onto gold card stock to complete the atc.

Words ATC

The theme for the 9ATC Group this month is Words. I rubbed the blue Distress Oxide over the card stock and heat set. Next stamped the words BE and YOU with violet Distress Oxide and heat set.

I used Silver Encore ink to stamp a crinkly background image over the words and background.

Finished the ATC by stamping assorted words with black StaZon ink.

Bright and Colorful ATC Coins

The theme for 9ATC Group is Bright and Colorful ATC Coins

I do not have a 2-1/2" circle punch or die cut, but I do have a round scallop 2-1/2" die, so I used that to cut out the red scallop background. Then I used a 2-1/4" circle die for the next layer. Inked the background with squeezed lemonade Oxide Distress Ink and let it dry. Used pink, orange and purple ColorBox Chalk ink over a stencil for the dotted background.

Used a die to cut out the butterflies and inked them with peacock feathers Distress ink and heat dried it. Inked one side of the matching butterfly embossing folder with red Archival ink to emboss the red ink into the butterfly. Used black StazOn ink to stamp a written image onto the butterfly.

Cut the word "dream" out of an old book, to place above the butterfly onto the ATC Coin and a blue diamond shaped rhinestone above the word.
