Little Used Supplies ATC

The theme for 9ATC Group is Little Used Supplies. I choose to use my Gelli Plate, it is little used because early on I accidentally put a dent in it.  I made some prints with metallic paints on shiny black paper. Ran them through the Xyron machine.

I cut these prints into thin strips and adhered them onto black paper about 2.25" X 3.25"

I used white dye ink to stamp a bird image and the letters D-R-E-A-M onto the background.

I then colored the bird's eye with a gold metallic pen and the dots on the chest of the bird with a green metallic pen. I layered this onto white card stock to complete the ATC

Entomology ATC

The theme for 9ATC Group is Entomology. I stamped this dragonfly image onto floral background paper with black Stazon Ink. Used watercolor pencils to color the dragonfly under the clear plastic tag. Adhered the round clear plastic tag with a dragonfly brad and a little glossy accents to keep the tag from moving.

 

Buttons ATC

The theme for 9ATC Group is Buttons. I cut out a vintage clip art and adhered it to textured blue card stock. Used the same textured blue card stock to cut out decorative trim and covered with gold metallic rub-ons. Used the gold metallic rub-ons to add gold to a variety of buttons that I glued to the ATC.

 

City ATC

 The theme for 9ATC Group is Town, City, Street 

Sprayed a corrugated black background with green Perfect Pearls in water and let dry.

Used a house die cut to cut out the house shapes in a think black paper. Used a variety of background papers to add color to the windows. Punced out some stars from black and silver background paper.

Eyes ATC

The theme for 9ATC Group is Eyes. I used a Cuttlebug and a butterfly die cut on brayered pearls paper I had made previously. Stamped eyes and stars with black Distress ink. Added small pink rhinestones to the center of the eyes. Stamped music score with black Distress ink on previous made Fossil Stone paper. Used a dymo label maker to create the words.

 

Rust ATC

The theme for the 9 ATC Group is Rust.

I used a faux rust technique. First I ran black card stock in an embossing folder through a Cuttlebug to create the peacock image. Dabbed on brown craft paint and while the paint was wet, sprinkled on cinnamon. Pressed the cinnamon into the paint with my finger and let it dry.

After the faux rust had dried, I used sand paper to highlight the raised areas of the embossed image.

Next I added some green metallic ink to the peacock eyes, adhered a tiny red rhinestone to a "gold" metallic embellishment and glued to the image. Finished by adding some decorative ribbon to the bottom of the act.
