On
NGS group we are doing a study of
Julia Andrus' book "
Paper Transformed", this week we are looking at "Luminous Dusting". Start by stamping an image with VersaMark, Perfect Medium or Embossing ink on to dark matte paper.

Using a brush, apply Perfect Pearls over the stamped image. You can carefully color each area as desired, or randomly apply assorted colors as I did here:

Brush off the excess powder, then set the image by applying a fine mist spray of water.

After it has dried:

Haven't tried this one yet, but hope to get a chance to play tomorrow as I like the look of it. Hope my attempts are as successful as yours.
I love that stamp that you used, and can just picture it with some of photographs of stained glass windows that I have from our last trip to Scotland inside it. Or even with some fantasy film or something similar inside the window portions.
Now I will be patiently waiting to see what ideas you have and what you create with these pieces.
I'm behind a few techniques, but hope to catch up today or this weekend. I like this look.
