C is for Colorwash Alcohol Technique

A fun technique in the latest Technique Junkie Newsletter
Coat watercolor paper with gesso and let dry. Then spray your choice of color wash sprays over the paper and let dry.
 Using the non brush end of a paint brush, drop alcohol over the surface and let dry.
 If desired, drop more alcohol over the surface and let dry.

Repeated the technique with these colors:
 This time, dropped the alcohol over the colorwash sprays while they were still wet.
 When dry, dropped more alcohol over the surface. Here's how it turned out:
