I is for Ink and Roll

Received the latest "Technique Junkies" newsletter in the mail today, and had to try this easy background technique.
Use lightest ink color to color paper. I used Manila card stock and did direct-to-paper application of tattered rose Distress Ink.
Next, ink an unmounted stamp with medium ink color. Hold on to stamp by the edges, curving the stamp and "roll" it over your card stock.
Continue to roll over different areas if desired.
Ink a different unmounted stamp with the darkest ink color, hold the edges and "roll" on as above.
Continue inking and rolling to get the amount of coverage you desire.
So many possibilities with this quick & easy technique.

Thank you for sharing the Ink and Roll technique. I have a lot of backgrounds I could use for this.
