Book Study: Painted Tin

On NGS group we are doing a study of Julia Andrus' fabulous book "Paper Transformed". This week we're looking at her technique "Painted Tin". I stared with dark green card stock and painted it with a light green acrylic paint and let it dry completely. Then ran it through a Cuttlebug embossing folder and sanded down the raised areas. This gives the paper a look of aged painted tin. Here's a close up. Pretty easy technique, with a dramatic effect.

OOOHHH! I love this technique. I'll have to give it a try. Can't wait to see what you do with this.
