Background Calendar from Maggi
Maggi sent me this fabulous 2010 calendar she made using backgrounds, little beauties and other items she received in swaps. I love how she put it all together. I recognized some of the backgrounds from a swap we were in together. Some I need to find out from her how they are done. I'm inspired to get my backgrounds out and do some creating. I think I can use some of these techniques on canvas.

September is mine - it's metallic inks on a sponge swiped over black glossy. The pink one might be mine as well as it looks like paper towel colored with acrylics and spritzed with glimmer mist. I'll check to see if I have a scrap of that to figure it out.
