"Fairies" is the theme for the July Art Lottery on NGS. I decided to make an ATC with a Fairy stamp from Magenta. I liked the watery look of the cut tissue on glossy paper I used last Feb. I stamped the fairy image onto it with Brilliance ink.
I wanted a shimmery water look. I took one of the glue resist background pieces I had and sprayed it with a homemade ink mist that had perfect pearls added to it. Then rubbed off the top to get the glue resist to show. Mounted it on dk blue card stock and inked the edges with a dk blue Distress ink.
I trimmed the stamp image, so more of the background paper would show. I liberally applied glitter glue and while it was still wet, heat it with a heat tool to get it to bubble up for a great 3d effect.
For my magical water fairy, I added lots of rhinestones and some metal flowers. Hope the winner of the lottery will enjoy her.

This is really lovely. Love your step-by-steps.
Re: Angel pages, also gorgeous. Thanks for reminding me of using Lumieres as a resist. I have not done that in a while.
