I choose some cream colored background papers and a preprinted tag and inked them with peacock feathers Distress Ink. Found some lace and ribbon in my stash that were white, used tea to stain them a darker color. Created fabric flowers by die cutting some dark teal batik fabric and some lace, sewing them together and adding buttons or "pearls". Also added "pearls" to the lace. Stamped a saying with black India ink on the tag.
The back is another sheet of preprinted paper inked with peacock feathers Distress ink. Stamped another saying with black India ink. Added "pearls to the ribbon. Added some more fabric flowers & pearls.
