For the 9ATC group, the theme is Circles. I decided to use the circles as textures, layers and accents. Stamped circles in Twilight dye ink over the
Re-Inker Fun background I made earlier.
Dabbed gold acrylic paint over sequin waste in one corner.
Stamped butterflies, flourishes and a saying with black India Ink.
Added gold dots (mini circles!) with a Sakura Metallic Gelly Roll pen.
Used this same pen to create a dotted border.
