The theme for 9ATC Group is Splatter
Stamped a hummingbird image and a floral image with black StazOn ink. Then used various colors of Twinkiling H2Os, dipping a thin paintbrush into the wet color, then splattering it over the card. Layered this onto blue cardstock to finish the atc.
