Four Altered Playing Card

We are doing an Altered Playing Card (APC) Swap on ArtVentures Group. The theme is Numbers, for June it is Number Four.

I covered the playing cards with white Gesso and let it dry. Then covered them with a blue Distress paint, creating some texture by pressing two cards together and pulling apart and repeat several times. Then let it dry.

 Used a blue Distress Ink to stamp 4ever over the entire surface.


















Stamped four with black India Ink. Used a blue glitter Gelly Roll pen to write friends and color in one of the "4ever"s.

Found a vintage image of four sailors and added to the APC
