For stamp club we were to make backgrounds. I decided to make a simple, subtle sparkle background. Stamped a flourish image on pink card stock and brushed on a darker pink Perfect Pearl powder over the still wet ink (I used Sparkle Raspberry).Layered this background onto white card stock. Stamped a saying in the same shade of pink as the paper on white card stock and added it over the background along with a heart cut out of the same background paper and layered on a white paper heart:
