Bokeh Background Technique

This is a fun technique I learned at one stamp club, and am now demonstrating at my other stamp club. There are a couple of ways to create this look, I'm using the one I was taught.

Start with sponging on coordinating colors of die ink over white card stock.
 Completely cover the card stock with dye ink, blending the color edges together. Let completely dry.
 Sponge white pigment ink onto the background using various sizes of circles on a stencil.
 Overlap the circles and use different intensities/thickness of white ink. For small circles, a pencil eraser can also be used.
