P is for Poppin' Pearls

P is for Poppin' Pearls. I found a great tutorial for this technique on the Split Coast Stampers Resources page.

Stamp image with VersaMark or other clear embossing ink. I'm using a light shimmering green card stock.

While the ink is still moist, brush Perfect Pearls over the image with a thin dry brush. I used Forever Violet. You could use different colors of Perfect Pearls offer different parts of the image.

Use a wider dry brush to brush off the excess powder.

Set the pearls powder with a fine water mist spray.

It's hard to see with my camera and light, but the Perfect Pearls have a shimmering color that "pops" off the page in the light.
