This month's theme for the 9ATC group is "Harlequin". I stamped a women's face image with black Archival ink on white card stock. Colored the eyes and "make up" with markers.
Stamped small diamonds with black Archival ink on left side of face.
Highlighted pupils by covering with Glossy Accents. Added a black rhinestone for a beauty mark. Mounted on black card stock.
