J is for Joseph's Coat

For this technique, start with light,bright ink colors on glossy or coated card stock. You can use a brayer and a rainbow pad like I did, or you can sponge on a variety of colors from ink pads. Let dry.
 Stamp on image with embossing ink and clear embossing powder and heat set.
 Brayer or direct-to-paper a dark colored ink over the entire surface. Use paper towel to remove ink from embossed image.
