The page was almost 4-1/2" x 6", too large to completely fit in the Cuttlebug embossing folder. I didn't want to fold the paper for this page. I was happy to discover that the longer side of the embossing folder would fit through the Cuttlebug. This way, I could emboss the whole sheet, without folding, in two runs through the Cuttlebug. I like having unbound sheets to play with in the decos.
On the front of the page, I edged the paper with a silver metallic pen. I used some left over blue glue resist background paper to make the letters for "Art", and added an image and embellishments.
I used the same ink & perfect pearls on the back of the card stock as the front. To lighten the look of the paper, I rubbed on Brilliance ink over the surface and the edges of the paper.
Then I added an image, skeleton leaves, stickers and a metal charm. I wrote in an art saying.
The colors in the background aren't as vibrant as when done on glossy card stock. But I like how this turned out, and think Kathy will like it also.
